About Digital Refocus
Digital Refocus is a Minneapolis-based web design and AI automation company founded by Matt Woosnam. We exist for one reason: to help local Minneapolis businesses stop losing customers to competitors with a better digital presence.
We specialize in HVAC contractors and home service businesses — the kind of companies where the owner is on the tools all day and doesn’t have time to think about websites, SEO, or marketing automation. That’s where we come in.
Every website we build is structured for three things:

Our Approach
We use two proprietary frameworks on every build:
Agentic Search Optimization (ASO) — A structured approach to building websites that AI systems can find, parse, and cite. Most agencies are still building for 2018 Google. We build for 2025 AI search.
Web Silo Architecture — An 8-phase website build methodology covering keyword research, silo structure, content generation, technical SEO, UX, conversion optimization, and ongoing maintenance. Not a template. A system.
